The mountains of Tyrol are famous worldwide for the extraordinary skiing experiences they are able to offer. Holiday Club BELLEVUE**** is located in the Kaiserwinkl – a well-known winter region in the Tiroler Unterland. Right outside the Bellevue, you will be able to get on board the ski bus and make a beeline for the Hochkössen and Zahmer Kaiser ski areas, just a short distance away.

Bellevue Tip
When you arrive at our reception, we will issue you with a Kaiserwinkl Card, which will entitle you to a whole array of rebates and free services. You can also ride the ski bus for free to the ski resorts of Hochkössen, the Amberg lifts and the Zahmer Kaiser.

When accompanied by a parent who is purchasing an adult ski pass, children up to age 10 only need to get the discounted Snowman Ticket. The Hochkössen lifts also require a family ID.

Hochkössen Ski Area
Hochkössen is a popular skiing destination due to its perfectly groomed, variety-packed pistes with a total length of 22 km, and its 10 state-of-the-art lifts. At the same location, you will also discover the Sunny Kids Park for the littlest "dudes". Whenever you get a little peckish, the mountain huts in the area are happy to oblige with a delicious selection of popular Tyrolean favorites.
The ride from our Holiday Club by ski bus takes only around 15 minutes. Further timetable information is available from the reception. The Hochkössen ski area is open daily during winter season from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You have a variety of ski passes to select from: hourly, daily, or multiple days.
Zahmer Kaiser Ski Area
The family-friendly Zahmer Kaiser ski resort in Durchholzen/Walchsee is only 2.5 km from Bellevue Holiday Club. Needless to say, you can also reach this ski area on the ski bus for free (with your Kaiserwinkl Card). Awaiting you here are broad, spacious pistes (total length 13.5 km) right at the foot of Tyrol's famous Kaisergebirge range. The slopes of this ski area are ideal for families as well as beginning skiers. Aside from the quad chairlift, tows and cableways, there are also 3 magic carpets for our youngest skiers to use.
Amberg lift
The Amberg lift is ideal for our little skiers as well as beginners. The groomed piste is about 500 meters long, ideal for practicing your very first turns. A tow as well as an 80 m long magic carpet are a beginner-friendly way for skiers to make their way back to the top of the hill. Meanwhile, the local Zahmer Kaiser Ski School provides all the support a rookie skier could ever wish for. The Amberg lift is only a matter of minutes from our Holiday Club. Steinplatte Waidring
The Steinplatte ski area in Waidring lies around 35 km from the Bellevue Holiday Club. The Steinplatte is especially popular because of its location on a snowy and sunny plateau, offering 42 kilometers of nicely groomed pistes. With its broad slopes and easy-to-moderate runs, this resort was seemingly created for laid-back carving experiences. Gondola lift, 8-seater chairlift, other chairlifts, tows and more.
Kitzbühel & Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser
The Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area is barely 40 km from our Bellevue Holiday Club. Skiers are greeted there by a variety-filled ski resort spanning 234 kilometers of pistes and 57 different lifts. A little bit closer and you will find Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. With 90 lifts and around 288 piste-kilometers, Skiwelt is also a wintry treat for more experienced skiers.
